INTERNATIONAL SCIENTIFIC-PRACTICAL INTERNET CONFERENCE
"FINANCIAL AND BUDGET POLICY IN THE CONTEXT OF SOCIAL AND ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT OF REGIONS"

The aim of the conference: To discuss relevant problems, exchange of research findings and experiences
on fiscal and financial policies in the context of the socio-economic development of regions to develop science-based recommendations for its improvement.

DIRECTIONS OF THE CONFERENCE:

1. Improving the financial mechanism of state regulation of the economy
Organizational and legal factors of budgetary management of economic and social processes in the country. Improving the financial system state, the income and expenditure of state and local budgets, the development of relations. Fiscal policy in the context of the social and economic development of the state. Economic-mathematical modelling and optimization of financial flows, the computerization of the financial settlement operations. Adaptation of foreign experience on the use of financial mechanisms to regulate social and economic processes.

2. Enhancing innovation and investment development regions
Improvement of the regional financial system, improving the efficiency of the financial institutions, and the anti-crisis policy. The concentration and specialization of capital and strengthening integration processes in the regions, the establishment and development of physical and economic entities and entities farming. Investment and innovative development of the region and factors make it more efficient.

3. Financial support of the social development of regions
The strategy of social development, socialization budget and a social life strategies. The development of social institutions and self-government in the territorial entities. Strengthening social partnership government and business. Encouraging enterprises to the development of local societies. Improving the system of social protection of citizens. Securing a permanent increase in income tax exemption on the basis of motivation. The methodology for the study of social processes. Indicators of social development in domestic and foreign economic science.

Scholars, university professors, employees of the banking system, financial and government institutions, doctoral students and graduate students are invited to participate in the conference.

MATERIALS OF THE CONFERENCE:
To the address of the organizing committee you must send an application form (look later) and abstracts prepared by one of the working languages to 20 February 2009.
Conference languages: Ukrainian, Russian and English.
As a result is planned the publication of the collection of abstracts and distribution them to the authors.
Separately, prepared in accordance with the requirements VAK Ukraine the professional publications article (no more than 12 pages) to the address of conference organizing committee will be published at the end of the conference in a special issue of the periodical scientific works, that is approved by “VAK” Ukraine List of scientific publications. By the article should make a review of Doctor of Science. The cost of publishing of one page is 20 Ukrainian gryvnya’s.
The materials of the conference will be available from 10 to 20 March 2009 at the Internet site of the Academy: www.dsfa.dp.ua.

REQUIREMENTS FOR THE MATERIALS:
- Abstracts are accepted by e-mail or diskette 3.5, in rtf file format for Word for Windows with a mandatory printing;
- The volume of abstracts - 1-2 full-page A4 size, Times New Roman, 14, line spacing - single, margins: top, bottom, left, right - 2 sm, not numbered pages, indentation at the beginning of the paragraph - 1 sm;
- The name and initials of the author (co-authors), placed in the right half of the sheet under title, printed in big letters, below - name of the institution, E-mail the author, double-spaced text.
ORGANIZATIONAL FEE
With abstracts for their publications and the organization of the conference please make a contribution to the organization of 40 gryvnyas (the collection of abstracts, the conference program, placing points on the site, sending out a collection).
